Windows 10 Workstation Setup

In this project, I will use Windows 10 OS for the workstations and management client machines. The steps to install Windows 10 in VMware Workstation are similar to the Windows Server setup. Therefore, I will only highlight the steps that differ between the two.

For the version selection, choose the option below

Then the steps follow is the with the Windows Server. After we finish configure, we will run the machine. The Winsows setup window will be show up

Click Next until the "Select the operating system you want to install". In this section, we will choose Windows 10 Pro

Then click Next ⇒ Choose offline local account ⇒ Choose Domain join instead. Then enter the user name. I will use the name local_admin

We will turn off all privacy settings.

After this, the Windows 10 will install successfully

And don't forget to install VMware Tools and take a snapshot of the fresh installation, as covered in the Windows Server 2022 Setup page.
